Created for the gallery section at the 2024 Yumicon, this painting of Blair from Soul Eater began with a few dozen small scale experiments with acrylic pour techniques. Once the desired cell structure was achieved, the technique was applied to a large canvas to create the background that Blair was eventually painted into.
